This policy explains what information The Royal Writers Organization collects through this website and how we use it. We keep it simple: we collect only what we need to serve you, and we never sell your information.

We do not collect any personal information unless you voluntarily provide it by sending us e-mail, participating in a survey, or completing an online form. Personal information submitted will not be transferred to any non-affiliated third parties unless otherwise stated at the time of collection. When a user submits personally identifiable information, it is used only for the purpose stated at the time of collection.
Information you give us
When you contact us, register, or order, you may share:
- Your name, email address, and phone number, so we can reply and share workshop updates.
- Workshop registration details for young writers, such as age or grade and any information a parent or guardian shares to help a student take part. We keep this information confidential and use it only to run our programs.
- Donor information, such as your name and contact details, so we can thank you and send donation receipts. We do not sell or trade donor information.
Information collected automatically
- Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks.
- Our fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads.
- This website does not use advertising trackers, and we do not set cookies of our own.
Payments and donations
Donations and any payments are processed by trusted providers such as Zeffy, Stripe, or PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
Links to other websites
Our site links to other websites, such as book retailers. Some of these links are affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. Those websites have their own privacy policies, which apply when you visit them.
Children's privacy
Our programs serve young writers ages 9 to 18, but this website is meant for parents, guardians, educators, and supporters. We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13. Parents and guardians register younger students. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices
You may ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you or your child, or to stop sending you emails. Just email us at the address below.

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe and limit access to the people who need it to serve you. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
